BOULEVARD DISTRICT
The Boulevard district is located in the city of October, in the east of the Districts , adjacent to the 11th district and to the houses of the cooperative union, where it is bounded north by the Boulevard axis and south by the northern extension axis, or what is known as (the upper voltage pressure axis) , as well as east by the social housing hub (Abo El-Wafa) and west by the middle circular road; the area of the District is approximately 2.6 km2, which is more than 2,000 pieces of land. The District has more than one entry point that is easy to access, which we list at the following points:
1. The first entry is the main entrance, which is from the direction of the northern Dahshour linkage, specifically from the entrance to Sheikh Zayed (4) (MOUNTAIN VIEW Square) from the main Boulevard axis, where it is approximately 7 minutes from the Dahshour linkage , approximately 8 kilometres from the tourist walk.
2. Second entry: it is from the very parallel entrance to the main point of the Boulevard and is located south of the District , which is approximately the same distance from the Dahshour linkage and the tourist walks, which is very close to The Egyptian Shooting club, which is approximately 4.5 kilometres away, approximately 3 minutes away, as it is near Arabian mall and the Jamal Abdel-Nasser axis.
3. Third entry, which can be accessed directly from Jamal Abdel Nasser's axis, is located near Compound TIBA GARDENS, approximately 3 kilometres away, approximately 2:3 minutes away.
4. Fourth entry: Through the new Boulevard bridge, which links the northern extension axis (the upper voltage pressure axis) to the middle circular Road as well as the main Boulevard axis
Features of the Boulevard District:
1. The total number of units in the neighborhood is only 30%, and the remaining area is green spaces, houses of worship, mall areas, hospitals, educational schools and service areas.
2. The unit loads are about 25%, so they're distinct from the other neighborhoods where the loading rate may be more than 35%.

4. They are 4 main squares in the Boulevard district. 3 streets branch off from each of the two Golden Protector, each of which is 30 meters wide. Then small streets usually branch off from them.
